Optional click maps and session recordings

With your permission, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our homepage and public course pages: clicks, scrolling and page interactions. These produce heatmaps and session recordings that help us improve the site. Clarity may process browser and device information, page URLs, cookie identifiers and network information such as your IP address.

Clarity does not load until you select “Allow analytics”. We exclude account pages, checkout, administration and pages with query parameters. We mask text in recordings, including form content, and do not send customer email addresses, order identifiers or account identifiers to Clarity. Advertising storage consent remains denied.

You can decline without affecting purchases or downloads. Your preference is saved in this browser for up to 180 days. You can change it below; declining stops future Clarity collection and clears its first-party cookies. It does not erase data previously collected. Browser extensions or privacy settings may also block analytics.

Clarity uses _clck to recognise a browser and _clsk to connect page views into a session. Microsoft processes this data under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Learn more about Clarity cookies.

Accounts, payments and essential storage

Cloudflare hosts our site and private course files. Stripe processes payments; Resend delivers transactional emails. Essential sign-in, shopping cart and course playback storage is separate from optional Clarity analytics. Our first-party traffic counters also operate separately. See account privacy for details about accounts, purchases and downloads.

First-party traffic and purchase statistics

We count public-page views and basic store actions to understand use of the site. These counters store a page category, time, broad screen-size category and a source category such as Google, Instagram or direct traffic. They do not store raw IP addresses, browser fingerprints, form text, full referring URLs or URL query parameters. Administration and private account pages are excluded. Public PDF guide pages may be included.

If you allow analytics, random first-party browser and visit identifiers help us distinguish repeat views and measure the path from a course view to a confirmed purchase. The browser identifier lasts up to 180 days. A visit expires after 30 minutes of inactivity and may be separate in different tabs. We store hashed identifiers in our Cloudflare database; a purchase may be associated with its measured visit. These identifiers are not sign-in credentials and do not grant course access. This first-party measurement does not record your checkout form, payment details or screen, and is not sent to Clarity.

If you decline, views and basic actions can still be counted without these identifiers. We cannot deduplicate those visits into unique browsers, and we label that limitation in our reports. Changing your analytics choice clears the identifiers used for future collection. Detailed first-party events and visits are retained for up to 180 days; deleting identifiers does not erase previously collected records. Browser settings and blockers may prevent measurement, so the statistics are not a count of individual people.
